first coat (and booties to match)
It seems that all I have to show you craft wise lately have been baby knits. What can I say ? I've been trying to get as much done as possible before the baby decides to make her appearance (32 weeks and counting ...), and besides, it's quite motivational when I can finish a piece in a couple of weeks instead of months for a change :)
I really wanted to make this coat from Debbie Bliss ever since I saw the pattern, and although I'm very happy with the final result, I have to say that seaming up such a tiny piece was quite an ordeal.
The booties are the popular Saartje's booties, of course, and it seemed the perfect way to use up some of the remaining yarn.

So beautiful! I'm trying to make those booties with a crochet pattern that I found but I'm not quite good enough yet with a crochet hook. Ah well, I will be patient.
Lindo!!!Que saudades dos tempos em que eles são assim petites...
