The main attraction there is Herrenchiemsee, the first of mad King Ludwig II's castles that we planned to visit (he built three: the famous Neuschwastein, Linderhof and Herrenchiemsee). The island itself is lovely, but the castle is amazing ...
Salzburg was too touristy for our taste, but the view from the fortress was worth the visit ...

Eu quase não tive tempo para ver Salzburgo, como ia em "excursão de grupo", era tudo muito limitado.
As fotos estão lindas.
O que eu não daria para ir a Neuschwastein, tenho um fascínio pelos castelos dele! As fotos estão fantásticas! :o)

Bom, Neuschwanstein é de facto lindíssimo, mas eu gostei mesmo foi do Linderhof :-) Daqui a uns dias já ponho fotos destes ...
