our fusion cuisine
So this is what we call fusion cuisine at our house. A. loves to cook and experiment while cooking so our meals are always something to look forward to. Just for the record here, while cooking is A.'s department, mine is baking and making desserts. (I probably got the better end of the deal don't you think ? I'm lucky, I know)
If you're wondering what is on this plate, we had japanese soba noodles, with a sauce of sautéed tofu and zucchini, dried sun tomatoes, funghi porcini secchi, and sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese on top. Sounds strange, but I can assure you that it was delicious :)
