What we have been doing this summer

Summer is almost finished and I realized I haven't blogged much these past months.
I wonder sometimes if I should keep it up, but whenever I feel like giving it up I think I quite like to have a place where I can share my projects and travel reports, and which I hope someone will find useful - after all, I always enjoy reading about personal experiences when I'm doing my own travel research or looking for inspiration for new projects, so it feels right to share my own the same way.

Anyway, I have quite a few posts to write and photos to share:
- I went to Budapest in June with some friends and loved visiting this city
- Earlier this month we went back to Iceland, this time to visit the Westfjords. This trip surpassed all our expectations and made us even more obsessed with this beautiful country.
- At the end of our vacation we also stayed a couple of days at a very nice country house near Évora - quite an amazing place !
- And of course, our toddler turned 4 - quite a milestone for her (and for us, she's definitely not a baby anymore)

All that and I finished a few knitting and sewing projects, although not as many as I would've liked, but I'm already working on some Fall projects.

And next week we'll be visiting Ulm, near Munich - A. has a conference to attend and we're tagging along. We're taking S. to Legoland, which will be her first visit to an amusement park ever - that should be an exciting day :)
